APPOINTMENTS Make appointments through our website, via email, or by phone, as all methods are acceptable. This ensures that you will have a space reserved for your furry friend. Keep in mind that holiday booking slots fill up quickly. Additionally, before appointments can be booked and saved, please complete the registration profile and all required forms. Our booking and payment reservation policy applies to all appointments made through our website, email, or by phone. CANCELLATION Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. PAYMENT Bow-Wow Stay N’ Sleep Dog Hotel accepts all major credit cards and cash. Payments can be made on the website using a major credit card. Any additional services can be added to boarding, which will incur additional fees. Payments are due at the time of service for all daycare and boarding. All customers must have a credit card on file.
